You've been selected to compete in the world's newest and most popular gameshow: HIIT That Button! The objective of the game is to complete a HIIT* workout while attempting to collet as many points as possible. Each round, you must choose to perform either a high-point difficult exercise or a low-point easier exercise. Between eaach round, you're allowed to rest while you read your next options, and after 15 exercises, the competition - and your workout - will be over!

* HIIT (or high-intensity interval training) workouts are a form of interval training and involve alternating between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise and recovery / rest periods.
